DeckLife Studio Invests in Event Technology

Decklife Studio has invested in amazing event technology to help manage some of the most recurring aspects of their premium events

Since before lockdown we have had plans to improve our efficiency in delivering services and products at our events. The lockdown downtime has been a great opportunity to implement and fine-tune the systems to make sure they are serving their purpose.

Current situation with regards to covid-19 has also necessitated the need to implement the system as it instantly enables us to contribute to a safer event through group/table social distancing, reducing points of contact such as cash & physical ticket exchange. This new system has a relatively fast reservation process that creates e-Tickets that are automatically sent via eMail and WhatsApp as soon as ticket payment is confirmed. it is also expected that the systems will help increase safety at future events.

Here is some of the technology in detail;

-Event Listing
all future events will be listed on a easy to access portal available at https://decklife.events
-Guests can find all information of the event including table reservation information, Stall information, group tickets.

-Digital e-Tickets.
This is to enable guests to receive their tickets instantly, reward early birds with discounted access and also enable us to recognise and award our return guests. Event attendees have the option to receive their event ticket on their email automatically or a sales person can also WhatsApp the ticket to them.

-Express Check-in
Guest with eTickets are able check-in to events faster by scanning their ticket’s unique Barcode/QR Code at point of entry.

-Table/Seat Reservation
Each ticket can be allocated to a seat or table during the RSVP process.

We hope to use these systems at our upcoming events having tested them out over the last two months and urge everyone to checkout our upcoming events and get that e-ticket.
